What is the best way to contact the Orange County BBQ Bonanza?
Due to the volume of ticket sales, the best way to contact is to complete the contact information form. (include your phone number).

DID NOT RECEIVE CONFIRMATION
I did not receive a confirmation email?
Please first check your spam/junk folder.
If not therecomplete contact information form (include your phone number).

If you still did not receive your email confirmation after it has been resent, you can use the order printout and go to Will Call with appropriate I.D. for verification.

DUPLICATE ORDERS
I received two confirmations?
Only duplicate orders will be refunded. Select reply to the confirmation email you wish to cancel and state that it is a duplicate order. You will be sent confirmation of cancellation shortly thereafter. It may take up to 3 days to be recorded on your credit card account.

PROBLEMS WITH ORDERING ONLINE
I click SUBMIT on my order, but nothing happens?
1. Verify all information entered is correct.

2. Make sure ALL information is filled in. IF NOT, the order cannot be processed. That includes questions being asked.

3. Make sure your credit card is MasterCard, Visa or Discover. We DO NOT ACCEPT American Express.

4. If you are still having problems, complete contact information form (include your phone number).

CHANGE DATE OF TICKETS
I ordered tickets for VIP RIB VILLAGE Saturday, but I want to change it to Sunday?
You need to contact us if you choose to come on a different date as seats are sold for each day and seating is limited.

DOGS
Can I bring my dog to the festival?
Sorry, no pets are allowed in the festival site (except for service animals).
